
Policies And Procedures
Booking a cleaning with A Fresh Tidy Cleaning Touch is an Automatic agreement.
CLEANING QUOTES:
A. Client agrees that the actual price payable is calculated on the total number of hours worked by the Cleaners and recurring visits, the price may vary if the costumer decides to change the once agreed number of visits per amount.
B. Any price estimates are based on A Fresh Tidy Cleaning Touch prior experience and based on information provided by the Client.
C. If at the commencement of during the course of providing the service, it is apparent that the actual cost of the service will exceed the quote provided by A Fresh Tidy Cleaning Touch , Laura will provide the Client with the option to pay an increased fee to complete the service or pay the quoted amount without the service being completed.
BOOKING:
A. All booking are done via text, email, or our business page. Any clients booking a move-out or move-in clean will be required to make payment in full before the service and an Invoice/receipt will follow payment.
PRICING:
A. Client agrees all estimates are ballpark and the actual cleaning time may vary. Flat rates are offered for the buildings common areas, and regular appointments (per agreement).
RECURRING SERVICE PRICING:
A. Client agrees that regular appointment rates will be effective starting from the second recurring cleaning.
PETS POLICY:
A. We do not require pets to be locked away unless they are aggressive, jumpers, or runners. During a cleaning service , we may have to go in and out of the door a few times and we cannot be held liable for making sure animals stay secure. Client agrees to securely lock aggressive pets in one of the rooms or have them out of the house on the service day. If a cleaning crew comes in the client house and the pet acts aggressively and is not locked up, A Fresh Tidy Cleaning Touch reserves the right to refuse the service.
CONFIRMATION:
A. All clients will receive a confirmation text a night or two prior to a cleaning appointment and if a client does not replies back to confirm by 9pm we will proceed to move forward with the cleaning service. If for any reason A Fresh Tidy Cleaning Touch arrives at the property and are not able to complete the service, will go ahead and reschedule for the next available appointment and a cancellation fee will be applied within the following payment.
ALERTS:
A. You agree to receive email or text message confirmations and alerts which are active by default as part of the service.
B. You agree that any alerts provided to you may be delayed by a variety of factors, such as hosting company or email server delays.
SERVICE SCHEDULE & RESERVATIONS:
A. A Fresh Tidy Cleaning Touch reserves the right not to accept a reservation for any reason. In that case A Fresh Tidy Cleaning Touch will notify the client about declined reservation within 60 minutes during business hours.
B. The Service Provider and the Client will agree upon a schedule for cleaning services. C. The Client acknowledges that the Service Provider may need access to the premises at the scheduled time and will ensure someone is present to grant access.
ARRIVAL TIMES:
A. The Service Provider will make reasonable efforts to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule but cannot guarantee an exact start or finish time due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or emergencies. The client will give A Fresh Tidy Cleaning Touch between 30-60 more min to arrive from cleaning appointment.
CLIENT/EMPLOYEE CONTACT:
A.At no time should any client ask an employee (other than Laura) for their contact info for any reason. Nor should any employee ask any client.
SCOPE OF SERVICES:
A. The Service Provider agrees to provide cleaning services to the Client as agreed.
B. The Client acknowledges that the Cleaning Checklist may be modified upon mutual agreement between the Service Provider and the Client. Therefore the quote sheet will be signed and the property will be maintained from the Initial cleaning to continue paying the amount agreed.
C. The Service Provider will provide all necessary equipment, tools, and cleaning supplies, except trash bags, unless otherwise agreed upon.
SERVICE PROVIDER OBLIGATIONS:
A. Subject to the terms of, A Fresh Tidy Cleaning Touch agrees to provide cleaning services to the client at the address specified.
B. The Service will be for cleaning duties as agreed with the client at the time of reservation.
C. A Fresh Tidy Cleaning Touch will dispatch the cleaners to attend the Premises to provide the Service at a time and date mutually agreed between Laura Miranda and the client.
D. A Fresh Tidy Cleaning Touch endeavors to provide the Service faithfully, diligently and in a timely and professional manner.
CLIENT OBLIHGATIONS:
A. Provide a safe working environment at the Premises for the Cleaners to perform the Service:
B. Provide unencumbered and unobstructed access to those areas of the Premises regearing the Service.
C. Provide the Cleaners with access to all utilities including hot water, cold water and electricity.
D. Advise A Fresh Tidy Cleaning Touch prior to the commencement of the Service of any hazards, risks or dangers, ingrained dirt at the Premises.
E. Remove any fragile, delicate, breakable or valuable items, including cast, jewelry, works of art, antiques or items of sentimental value also any documents that contain personal information such as social security cards, passports etc., prior to the commencement of the Service.
F. Client will have kitchen free and clear of dishes so that cleaners may utilize the sink during a cleaning service. Please leave trash bags on the kitchen counter, and clean sheets on the bed if they are to be put on for standard cleanings . If outside garbage cans are not visible, trash will be left by our exit point.

CLOSED DOORS:
A. For privacy reasons, at no time will we open any doors to clean behind them, without permission. We must know upon our arrival to clean behind the closed doors.
PAYMENT TERMS:
A. The Client agrees to pay A Fresh Tidy Cleaning Touch in full when the service is complete, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
B. Payment is due within [the first 24 hours after a cleaning service has been completed] or as stated in the invoice date.
C. The Client agrees to provide A Fresh Tidy Cleaning Touch with a valid payment method at the time of reservation (Cash, Cashapp, Zelle, or Apple pay). Currently we are not accepting checks, but if client wishes to pay with cash have an envelope sealed with total amount on the kitchen counter with (Cleaning Payment written).
D. The Client gives authorization to charge a credit card or debit on file with an amount equal to any service and/or cancellation fees that may apply if no cash payment received.
LATE PAYMENT FEES:
A. A Fresh Tidy Cleaning Touch has agreed to invoice the client for payment of fees after the service has been completed if requested, the client agrees to pay in full, all fees due, within 3 days of the invoice date.
B. The Client agrees to pay a $30 late payment fee if A Fresh Tidy Cleaning Touch has not received payment in full for the service within the first 72 hours as dated on the original invoice date.
C. In addition to the amounts set out, the client agrees to reimburse A Fresh Tidy Cleaning Touch for all legal costs on full indemnity basis, whichever is greater and other expenses incurred by A Fresh Tidy Cleaning Touch in connection with a demand, action, or other proceeding (including mediation, out of court settlement or any action taken for recovery of debt from the Client) arising out of a breach of these terms including the failure by the Client to pay an amount by the due date.
COMPLAINTS:
A. The Client agrees to inform A Fresh Tidy Cleaning Touch within 24 hours if dissatisfied for any reason with the Service provided.
B. The Client agrees to choose one of the next 3 available days for a free recleaning just in that specific area.
CANCELLATIONS:
A Fresh Tidy Cleaning Touch goal is to provide all clients with high quality care in a timely manner. In order to do so we have established the following cancellation policy to ensure all appointments are utilized, and everyone's time is respected.
A. At the time of booking your appointment you will be asked to pay a $30 deposit that will be credited towards your Initial/One time cleaning appointment fee.
B. The Client agrees to provide A Fresh Tidy Cleaning Touch with at least 48hours' notice prior to the service time to reschedule, postpone or cancel the service for any reason. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment this must be done at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time. If you cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment your deposit will either, be refunded or put towards a new cleaning appointment. If you provide less than 24 hours notice of a cancellation your deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you will be considered no-show, and your deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee.
C. A Fresh Tidy Cleaning Touch understands emergencies happen and things are out of the clients (and cleaners) control and sometimes a reschedule or cancel is necessary. This does not apply to emergent situations. With a booked schedule, rescheduling for the same week is extremely hard to do. In most cases, you may have to wait until your next scheduled cleaning if we are unable to accommodate a reschedule. If for any reason a reschedule happens on our end, we will make it work for that same week.
D. Due to the nature of this job, at no time will a refund be offered unless there is an emergency on our end, a cleaning service was not provided and you had already made a payment. In the event a refund is granted, payment will be refunded with in 24 hours from the time of your cleaning appointment. If for any reason you are not happy with our services please make us aware within 24 hours after services so we can come and correct the issue, but we will not make adjustments on the total cleaning payment.
FEES FOR NO-ACCESS TO THE PREMISES:
A. In the event that the client does not provide access to the premises for cleaners to provide the service the client agrees to reimburse 10%-13% of the reserved time cost in addition to the following cleaning service fee. Regular clients visited at least once a month will be charged a $24%-33% No-Access to the Premises fee or reschedules 1-2 weeks after last cleaning.
B. Client understands that Keys, lockboxes, garage and door codes should all be in working order upon the cleaners arrival. If we arrive and we cannot enter, we will wait 10 minutes after texting/calling.
PERSONNEL:
A. The Client agrees that due to personnel illness or vacations issues, A Fresh Tidy Cleaning Touch reserves the right to send one or more maid crews to provide the service. In 95% of cases we will dispatch a 2-person maid crew.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS:
A Fresh Tidy Cleaning Touch is not responsible for:
A. Existing dirt, wear, damage or stains that cannot be completely cleaned or removed.
B. Any wear or discoloring of fabric or surfaces becoming more visible once dirt, calcium, mold, lime, rust, etc. has been removed.
C. The cost of any key replacement or locksmith fees, unless keys were lost by A Fresh Tidy Cleaning Touch.
The Customer indemnifies A Fresh Tidy Cleaning Touch against:
A. All losses or liabilities arising directly or indirectly as a result of the provision of the service including all losses or liabilities caused as a result of a breach of the warranties of the customer set out.
B. All legal costs A Fresh Tidy Cleaning Touch in connection with a demand, action, arbitration or other proceeding (including mediation, compromise, out of court settlement or appeal and including any action taken for the client) only if the client requests our insurance and is willing to pay an amount agreed based on their cleaning service for A Fresh Tidy Cleaning Touch to take full responsibility, otherwise A Fresh Tidy Cleaning Touch won’t be responsible for paying any property damage, or losses during a cleaning service but if an accident occurs the client is to be made aware immediately.
TERMINATION:
A. A Client reserves the right to terminate or pause temporary a cleaning service at any time, client agrees to make sure to do so 72 hours before the next cleaning service or will lose Deep Cleaning discount next time the client request our services. Once Agreement has been signed by A Fresh Tidy Cleaning Touch and client may be terminated by the client with 14 days' notice. Any payment for the services mentioned above owed by the client shall be due and payable at the time the agreement is terminated. Client must send notice of cancelation of service by text to 832-727-6637 or by email to afreshtidycleaningtouch@gmail.com. If he or she decides to cancel or stop the service without giving 14 days notice to A Fresh Tidy Cleaning Touch .
C. In the event that there are remains an overdue balance for clients with payment plans, the account will be transferred to a collection firm and the customer agree to pay any and all attorney fees, court costs and interests accrued in efforts to collect the overdue amount. Any and all legal means will be utilized to collect past due balances. D. A Fresh Tidy Cleaning Touch may terminate this agreement in case of any disagreement with the client canceling any future services without notice.
NEW REFERRAL PROGRAM:
A. If a client is very satisfied with our work, we highly encourage our clients to share our contact information with anyone they wish. They should book a cleaning and follow through. For a client to receive $35 off of their next cleaning appointment or save it for later. If client also leaves a review on our google, Facebook page or social media client will also receive $10 off of their next clean. These two can be stacked for a total of $45 off.
A Fresh Tidy Cleaning Touch recognizes and appreciate it when clients make things much easier for cleaning appointments to run smoothly. Rewarding all clients with FREE raffle tickets for cleaning supplies, holiday specials, $35 dollar discount on a regular cleaning when referred from you (customer) to new customers & and a cleaning service gets done (there is no limit). A Free monthly cleaning (1 Bathroom, 1 Bedroom & Basic Kitchen Cleaning) for clients with a family member living in the same home with any type of CANCER or SPECIAL NEEDS. A FREE Basic Cleaning for a clients going through a Lost Of a Love One (husband, wife, daughter, son, Mother or Father), health issues (recovery from a surgery or procedure). We also GIVE AWAY A FREE Cleaning Service Every 4 Months as a GIFT for someone special ( 2 specific areas to clean-A bathroom, A bedroom, Living Room, A Guest Room or Kitchen)! CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT:
A. A Fresh Tidy Cleaning Touch reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice but may do otherwise by mailing you a copy. Each updated agreement will take effect 24 hours after it has been mailed to the clients.
B. The client agrees that any use of the service following any such change, whether as a single job or as part of a regular cleaning schedule, constitutes their agreement to follow and be bound by the terms and conditions as changed.
